Art’otel Hoxton

Art’otel Hoxton is a striking new lifestyle hotel in the heart of Shoreditch, London, combining luxury accommodations with contemporary art. Opened in 2024, this 26-story tower interiors and art installations designed by the renowned urban artist D*Face.

The hotel features a rotating art gallery, showcasing emerging and established artists, and includes two original Banksy pieces.

Centrally located near Old Street Station, the hotel offers excellent connectivity to key London landmarks.

The Dukkaboard system was chosen as the ideal solution for all bathrooms throughout the hotel, delivering a range of critical benefits such as complete waterproofing, tile backing, decoupling, and thermal insulation. The Dukkaboard Aqua77, a comprehensive surface sealing and waterproofing system, was particularly suited for protecting absorbent substrates in high-moisture areas. Its impressive technical properties made it the perfect choice for environments frequently exposed to humidity, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
