A premium hub for productivity

The ‘hotel’ of workplaces landed at its first international outpost last year, and fittingly Convene pays a hospitality-level of attention on the interiors. Located in the heart of London, Convene’s 22 Bishopsgate location is a premium hub for creativity and productivity. A convergence of past, present and future is manifest multiple times within the project – not just in the design and through the surrounding urban skyline, but in the meeting of traditional and pioneering practices. For Convene, this first international location is a brave roll of the dice. With 22 Bishopsgate, it has certainly made a dent.

Design Collaboration with Trimline

All products were supplied through Trimline Group, whose unique specification and supply offering, which combines multiple products and solutions into one complete package, brings endless benefits to architects, interior designers and developers.

Woods Bagot relied on the expertise of Pyro + Echo to collaborate on a design that was both aesthetically pleasing and safe for users. Their technical advice and product selection allowed them to deliver an integrated look while guaranteeing user safety.

Taking the spotlight, Pyro + Echo floor tiles shine with style and sophistication. The Pyro + Echo Flow range elegantly adorns the majestic two-storey structure, from its lobby to workspaces and meeting rooms. A soft texture with gradual and delicate nuances for a universal look, the Flow range has a contemporary and eclectic character revisited with a modern slant.

The latest digital technology ensures well-defined details and a balanced yet diversified design. The full-body coloured porcelain stoneware is strong, safe and easy to clean, offering stylish surfaces and lasting quality. EP Ceramics and Pyro + Echo worked together to successfully deliver a final product that surpassed the client’s expectations.
