Lancer Square is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Kensington, London W8. The project consists of four blocks ranging from four to seven storeys, and it includes fifty-one 1-4 bedroom private and affordable residential apartments, a new office building, shops, and cafes at ground level, and the introduction of a landscaped public courtyard. The development is a significant addition to the area and provides much-needed residential, commercial, and public space. The challenge of the project was to create a high-quality development that would blend seamlessly into the surrounding area while providing modern amenities and facilities. The project team had to ensure that the development would be sustainable, energy-efficient, and would meet the requirements of the local community. To achieve the project goals, the project team used innovative construction methods and high-quality building materials. The use of Python adhesive, Dukkaboard Dekomat, and Atrim trims helped to ensure that the development would be durable, long-lasting, and low maintenance.

Premium Residences

Enhance Durability and Aesthetics

Python adhesive is a high-strength adhesive that is specially designed for bonding a wide range of building materials. It was used extensively in the project to bond tiles, stone, and other materials. The adhesive provided a secure and long-lasting bond, ensuring that the development would be durable and low maintenance.

Dukkaboard Dekomat is a waterproofing membrane that is used to protect walls and floors from water damage. It was used in the development to provide a barrier against moisture and ensure that the building would be waterproof.

Atrim trims were used in the development to provide a neat and professional finish to the edges of tiles and other materials. The trims helped to create a seamless and polished look, ensuring that the development would be aesthetically pleasing.
